DNCO organised a workshop how to survive and thrive through the phases of COVID-19 for Country and Outback tourism and the economy.
Cara George, Mudgee Region Tourism CEO, shared insights and answered questions on how Mudgee Region Tourism shifted gear to cater to the travel and social isolation restrictions to support local business and tourism with their “Feel the Love Virtually” campaign.
DNCO General Manager, Lucy White also shared insights on what the peak tourism bodies are saying about the new traveller and what they’re looking for in a destination and holiday experience in the new reality post COVID-19.
